4) How do I change my default password?

    Step 1 - Log in using your current password

    Step 2 - Click on preference on the left hand side of the home page

    Step 3 - Go to bottom of the screen and under the heading of "My Password" enter the old and new password.

    Step 4 - Do not forget to press "SAVE"
